It appears that you cannot
have multiple quests from the Mau at the Mau Village at the same
time. I'm currently on the Sekhmet Messenger quest and the Lost in
the Sands of Time quest, and I cannot get either the Wandering Ones
quest or the Wishes quest. Nov 17 - Gilnar

Steps:
Starting NPC: Abtanu loc 51500, 52200 in SD Talk to this guy first.
Positive Mau faction a must, speed class is nice to have
Go to the Mau Town Located at 10.6k 50.5k in Stygia.
Talk to a Mau Villager (any will do).
find Nemerth (the wanderer) he's wandering the maubastet camp in SD you
find him next to one of the guardtowers, I found him at 6200,
49000. Also found at 5k 54k SD, Apparently Nemeth the Wanderer
randomly pops at one of the camps in that area….so might just want to
have people check them all.

Take the diamond you get from Nemerth and find Sesef in Land of Atum,
loc 7000, 61000
Seset is at 7.6k 62.1k land of Atum he is a invisible mob till you hit
the right spot then he is a Yellow to 50 mob, kill him and recieve the
Ornate Silver Device.
Talk to Tey in the maubastet village, loc 8170, 52100 SD
kill 3 sweltering dust devils to get a Pile of Metallic Dust, they are
all over the zone, found at 42500, 45000 SD (right north of Stygia
Haven). Also found at 31k 48k (yellow oj to 50).
Head to the big pyramid in the Land of Atum and swim in the water
to the east of the pyramid till it you get a message about the sunlight
hitting the bottom of the water. Loc is Land of Atum 37378, 35561
Right where the river splits to go around the Pyramid, you go to the
bottom of the river. During daylight hours you use the dust and you'll
get a message saying a bunch of bright colored fish are lookign at
something. Loc for this is Land of Atum 38633, 33293. If you look around, there will be TINY TINY fish swimming
around, go to there and /search.
Return to Nemert and he will tell you where you can find the next gem.
Head back to 7.6k 62.1k in Atum and use the /dig command, when you find
the Emerald 3 blue con ghost scorpians will spawn and attack you. After
you run or return to Nemert.
Head to Necropolis (10k 10k Land of Atum) and search the south
alchove, the left one on ground lvl when your facing Necropolis (loc
6200, 10000 Atum) Use the /search command and you will
recieve the Ruby.
After you recieve the Ruby bring the Ornate silver Device + the 4 gems
back to Tev. He will then tell you how to see the true power.
Head back to Necropolis. Wait till sunset and use the device while
facing necropolis a oj con mob pops named Sekhmun Maubane and attacks
you. Use the device at the ridge east of Necropolis at loc
15583, 8620 Atum, at about 16.30 'sun setting' (It is enough that one
person in group do this). The best bet is to make sure you're on
the ridge, facing Necropolis, lined up with the front door.
After you defeat him return to Tev.
Head back to Tey in the maubastet village for your reward and your done.

Tips:
You are sent to Necropolis many times during this quest. Lots of people
suicide to return to Stygia Haven so it is a much shorter run back to talk
with Tey. There is a dijini stone that you can use to port you to save you
the 17g or so to buy your con back. The dijini stone is located at loc
