Level Requirement: Level 46 and completion of Lost in the Sands of Time quest (which is a level 48 quest... weird).

Steps:
1) Talk to Abtanu (loc 51.0k, 52.0k SD)
2) Find Abteb in the Necropolis and give cloak. Near entrance.
3) Find and kill riverside crocodile and swetlering dust devil. Both in
SD, easy to find.
4) Return to Abteb.
5) Use the Powder in the entrance at the botom of the steps in the
anubite temple. (loc 27.0k, 29.3k) I think this loc is inside Necropolis I'm not sure.
6) Return to Abteb.
7) Find Aponsul near black river (loc 21.9k, 20.5k) and /s cloak then give
the cloak.
8) Back to Abteb and talk.
9) Find the fishing net in SD (loc 5.4k, 38.2) and destroy net.
10) Return to Abtanu. You are done. Nov

Tips:
Sobekite Youth will be in net and few scarabs will attack Sobekite. I
killed scarabs fast before Youth die for sure. When I destroyed net and
I got message about net and Sobekite Youth. So make sure you MUST kill
scarabs.
